Does DermaReverse® contain retinol?

Yes. It contains a gentle, water-soluble vitamin A (listed as water soluble axerophthol) plus retinyl palmitate. Everyone in the study used it twice daily, morning and night. Wear sunscreen during the day, as you should with any vitamin A product.

When will I see results?

In the published study, visible improvement on the treated side was seen by week 3 and continued through week 6. Use it twice daily for at least six weeks before you judge it. Individual results vary.

Will it burn, peel or irritate my skin?

It’s formulated to be gentle, and no adverse events were reported during our six-week study. Results don’t depend on tingling or burning. Irritation isn’t a sign that a product is working.

Can I use it in the morning?

Yes. It’s designed for morning and night, and everyone in our study used it twice daily. As with any vitamin A product, wear sunscreen during the day. See Aforé's Tinted Mineral Sunscreen SPF 30 .

What does "clinically studied" mean?

Often one ingredient, sometimes only in cells or animals. DermaReverse's clinical study is on the finished formula, tested on real people and published in a peer-reviewed medical journal.

Where does it go in my routine?

Right after cleansing, on dry skin. Follow with moisturizer. Apply sunscreen in the morning. For more specific information on your routine, see our How to Layer page.

Can I use it with my retinol or prescription skincare?

Most people don’t need a separate retinol. Start with DermaReverse alone for six weeks. If you use a prescription retinoid or hydroquinone, check with your prescriber before adding it.

Do I need to be on a GLP-1 to use it?

No. While our study looked at people using GLP-1 or SGLT2 medications, DermaReverse® is for any adult who wants firmer, smoother, better-hydrated skin.

Can I use it while pregnant or breastfeeding?

No. Don’t use DermaReverse® if you’re pregnant, nursing or planning a pregnancy.

Can I pause or skip my subscription?

Yes, anytime. Change it from your account, or ask the assistant on our site to pause, skip or cancel for you.

Does it have added fragrance?

No added fragrance. The light, fresh scent comes from the ginseng extract and aloe in the formula.

Love love love!

Noticed a huge difference

I have been using DermaReverse since it came out. I have aging skin and was hoping this could help. My skin feels great. THEN I had to stop due to cataract surgery for just a few days. Now I really appreciate its' value.

A Staple in My Daily Routine

Even though I’m not using GLP-1 medications, DermaReverse has become a staple in my skincare routine alongside several other Dr. Few products because they consistently live up to their claims. It keeps my skin moisturized, soft, and noticeably smoother, and I’ve seen a real improvement in fine lines. It’s rare to find products that actually deliver, but these truly do.
