This Privacy Policy describes how Afore LLC ("Afore," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit or make a purchase from preorder.aforebeauty.com (the "Site"), sign up for our communications, or otherwise interact with us. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us

• Order and account information: name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and order details when you place an order, pre-order, or subscription, or create an account.
• Payment information: payments are processed by our payment processors (such as Shopify Payments and its supported providers). We do not store full payment card numbers.
• Marketing sign-ups: your email address when you join our email list, and your phone number if you opt in to receive text messages from us.
• Customer support and chat: when you contact us by email or through our website chat (powered by Gorgias), we collect the contact details you provide and the contents of your messages, including anything you type into the chat. Please do not share medical or health information, payment card numbers, or other sensitive information in chat.
• Reviews and submissions: content you submit such as product reviews (collected through our review platform) or photos you choose to share with us.

Information we collect automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information about your device and browsing activity, including IP address, browser and device type, time zone, pages viewed, products viewed, referring websites and search terms, and how you interact with the Site. If you opt in to text messages, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational texts from Afore at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help at any time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

Our products are cosmetic skincare products. We do not ask for, and do not want to collect, information about your medical conditions, medications, or treatments. Please do not share health or medical information with us, including in chat, reviews, or emails. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require proof of authorization. If we decline a request, residents of certain states may appeal our decision by replying to our response, and we will explain how to escalate to your state attorney general if the appeal is denied.

California residents: in the preceding 12 months we have collected the categories of personal information described in "Information We Collect" above (identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, and geolocation inferred from IP address) for the business purposes described in "How We Use Your Information," and disclosed them to the categories of recipients described in "How We Share Your Information."

10. Children's Privacy

The Site is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
